Services

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. It combines traditional healing methods with evidence-based practices to address the root causes of illness, using herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, and gentle therapies to restore balance and vitality.

Nutrition

Clinical nutrition focuses on the therapeutic role of food and nutrients in health and disease. It involves creating personalised dietary plans to correct nutrient imbalances, manage chronic conditions, support mental wellbeing, and enhance overall vitality through food-as-medicine principles.

YOUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

What kind of support do you offer?

I provide personalised and evidence-based support grounded in functional medicine principles. My approach is a collaborative partnership—you’re in the driver’s seat of your health journey, and I’m here to guide, support and equip you along the way.

What is a Discovery Call, and how does it work?

A free Discovery Call is a chance for us to connect. We’ll chat about your health concerns, goals and priorities. It’s a relaxed way to see if we’re a good fit and to outline how I may be able to support you moving forward.

How does this work alongside my GP or other health practitioners?

My services are complementary, not alternative. I work in a way that supports and integrates with your existing healthcare—whether that’s with your GP, specialist or other allied health professionals.

Why is this approach sustainable?

This model is rooted in realistic, sustainable health strategies, not quick fixes. We focus on creating long-term changes through habit support, education, and a deep understanding of how your body works best.

Do I need to come in person—or is everything online?

All appointments are available online for your convenience, no matter where you live. If there’s no booking time that works for you due to shift work or other challenges, please reach out—I’ll do my best to find a suitable time outside standard hours if needed.

What are functional tests—and are they necessary?

Functional tests are advanced pathology tools (like hormone, gut or nutrient tests) that offer deeper insight into how your body is functioning. They’re not essential to start working together, but they can be useful when we want more targeted answers or clarity around your health.

Will we look at the root cause of my issues—or just treat the symptoms?

Together, we work to understand and address the underlying drivers of your symptoms. This approach looks at your health story, environment, body systems and lifestyle to uncover what’s really going on.

How long are sessions, and how often will I need to book in?

Initial consults are usually 60 to 90 minutes, to allow time for a full intake and personalised plan. Follow-up sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what’s needed at the time. The frequency is tailored to you—some people need regular check-ins, others prefer occasional reviews.

What types of health concerns or goals do you support?

I often work with people looking to improve:

  • Hormonal balance and menstrual health
  • Digestive issues (like IBS, bloating or microbiome support)
  • Energy, sleep and nervous system regulation
  • Metabolic health and body composition
  • General wellbeing and prevention
Each person’s goals are unique—we’ll talk it through in your Discovery Call.
I can’t find a booking time that suits—what should I do?

If you’re having trouble finding a time that fits, especially due to shift work or accessibility needs, please get in touch. While I keep standard clinic hours, I’m happy to offer alternatives where possible.

What makes working with you different?
  • A focus on client-led care—I support you to make informed, empowered choices
  • Convenient online consults, with flexibility when needed
  • A foundation in science, sustainability and lifestyle medicine
